My name is Crystallee. However, most know me by Crys. I am the owner and founder of Tranquil Earth
Yoga, LLC a wife and mother of three. Before I found yoga, I was functioning in the surgical field working
sometimes over 50 hours a week. I always struggled with my weight, my self-worth, terrible anxiety, sleep patterns and relationship energy. But through consistent practice, yoga has allowed me to grow and transform not only my body but my thoughts and habits in ways that I did not think possible. For the past fifteen years, I have been learning and growing in my practice so that I can pass that knowledge on to anyone that seeks it. As an instructor and Guru, my goal is to serve and heal through waves of positivity and acceptance, to see yogis come into awareness of their own balance and transition with an aim to foster love and compassion with fullest intention and mindfulness. As a healer and Certified Health and Life Coach I aim explore the why, to guide people through discovering their own unique light and love while breaking habits and embracing ones best self, which, already lies within their journey, but may not be clearly set yet.
Meet Ashley Pearlman E-RYT200, aka Pearl and is the lead trainer of our Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program. She loves helping people slow down and observe. She started teaching yin yoga over 5 years ago as a way to be the counterpart to all the faster paced flow classes and lifestyles she was seeing out there. Yin started out as a way for her to nourish her body and mind at just the speed she needed, sloth-like and mindful. Now, it’s a transformative tool she uses to help others see the benefits of staying a little longer than what feels comfortable, and peer over the edge of the horizon of what we are capable of.
